Note: I designed my session request forms to give me the necessary information reducing my administrative time. I request that you fill out the form, if the form has missing information, I will email you for clarification, wait for your answers which reduces the time I am able to talk with your animal and causes a delay in scheduling the session.

My sessions are based on years of communicating with animals, the time necessary to allow them time to give you as much information as possible, remembering they will only share what they want you to know at that moment.

Breakdown of my session time.
1. Reading your request form for clarity & required information
2. Verifying payment was received
3. Sending you an email if I need additional information, notifying you by email when the session is scheduled to be completed and if you requested the answers by phone, the time for you to call. Each email or phone call reduces my talking time with your animal.
4. The Session: connecting with your animal, rereading your request form and talking with your animal
5. Completing The Session: emailing you your animal's words or *talking with you by scheduled phone appointment

NOTE: The session is complete when I disconnect from your animal and I send you what your animal wanted to tell you. All follow up emails and questions require additional payment.

*Answers by phone: You may not request answers by phone with any session less than 30 minutes, because for me to provide the option of receiving the answers by phone, I reduce my talking time with your animal by 15 minutes and that is the 15 minutes I schedule for you to call me and I read you what your animal said.
NOTE: It may take less time to read what your animal said, however there is no refund of minutes. When you call I will NOT be connected to your animal to ask any additional questions.

All the session time you paid for is used, I do not retain any unused time for future use.

If you have additional questions please select and pay for the appropriate additional time. Be mindful that if you are scheduling a 30 minute session for your animal and you want the answers by phone you will need to pay for a 45 minute session.

The session time with your animal is used to ask your animal questions with the focus on what you want to know based on what you wrote in your communication request form. I encourage you to allow me the majority of session time to talk with your animal. Not all conversations go quickly and my intention is to allow your animal to talk in the manner that it is comfortable in.

I cannot and do not make any promises or guarantee that your animal will answer your questions. All animals and people have free will and the right to answer how they choose and I respect and honor that. (please read my article on free will)

I reserve the right to inform you that my schedule is full, I am unavailable or I do not feel I am the right person to assist you.

NOTE: What you might consider one issue might be more than one and will take additional time to get to the root cause. I am an animal communication specialist, incorporating telepathy (translation/interpretation of pictures, thoughts, and emotions from the animals with various energetic/sound/vibrational modalities, including Reiki and T Touch. I provide individualized consultations with companion, farm & wild animals/mammals including, but not limited to dogs, cats, horses, birds, mammals, reptiles and insects. Your animal(s) will receive loving, gentle, compassionate care based on knowledge gained through my experience and coursework taken in several healing modalities.

My role is that of interpreter/translator, assisting your animals to convey their thoughts, feelings, and emotions to you, creating a clearer understanding of their perspective and desires. During the course of our session, we also have the opportunity to convey thoughts in return to the animals for clarification, bringing a deeper relationship and mutual understanding. The specific results of the communication session(s) will be different for each animal and person.

Beneficial effects of animal communication include understanding the animal’s perspective on the source of behavioral issues, releasing trauma and fear surrounding injury, illness, past life issues and transitioning out of body/death. When humans understand and recognize their animal is a sentient being, their relationship is strengthened.

Animal communication is not an alternative to or is intended to be a substitute for proper veterinary care, balanced nutrition or exercise.

Cancellations:

As a courtesy to my time and to other clients requesting appointments I have the following policy:

1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call me 805-512-1720 and leave me a voice mail 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I cannot guarantee that an email will be received due to power outages or server issues that are not in my control.

A $50.00 minimum handling fee will be charged for every cancellation.

2. If I have not received your cancellation phone call or received your email 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit the consultation fee.

Payment in full must be received with Consultation Form or the consultation form will be deleted.

Appointments are scheduled in the order payment is received. Payments received after my business hours are considered to be received on my next business day. I reserve an appointment time exclusively for your session and will notify you by email when your session will be completed.

My intention is to schedule emergencies and missing/lost animals in my first available appointment possible.

Lost animals: If you find your animal or it comes back to you please notify me immediately by phone (805) 512-1720.

NOTE: Refunds ARE NOT guaranteed or implied and will NOT be issued after I have completed talking with your animal.

Any partial refund will only be issued after your payment has cleared my bank, which is normally 5 to 7 BANKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT, less the non refundable cancellation fee and less any additional time I have devoted to your session, including phone calls or emails.

POSITIVIELY NO REFUNDS AFTER I'VE TALKED WITH YOUR ANIMAL. By typing your authorization you have agreed to my policy.

I request that you honor and respect my time as I do yours.    DO NOT submit a request form without sending payment immediately.  Request forms received without payment are deleted immediately,  NO EXCEPTIONS.  I do not offer a sliding scale based on your income. There are NO REFUNDS after I have talked with your animal,  NO EXCEPTIONS.  

After filling out the form and pressing the "submit" button, you will automatically be directed to My Fees page to make payment through PayPal.  Payment must be sent immediately after the request form.


If your request form was submitted properly, you will receive an automated email response letting you know your request form is in my inbox and will be read when I return to my office.   If you do not receive an automated email from me within an hour of submitting it, please resubmit the form. 


I check email a minimum of 3 times daily.  Sessions are scheduled in the order that payment is received and I will send you an email when I have scheduled the session usually within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of payment.  Payments received after my normal business hours are considered to be received my next business day.
