To schedule a session, go to the specific session page and locate the request form included on that page. After you press the "submit" button you will be directed back to this page to make payment.
Any Session must be prepaid and if a request form is received without payment it is deleted.
Sessions are scheduled in the order payment is received. Once payment is received I reserve an appointment time exclusively for you and or your animal. For animal communication sessions, I will notify you by email when your session will be completed. My intention is to schedule emergencies and missing animals with my first available appointment.
Personal Healing & Guidance sessions will be scheduled coordinating our mutual calendars. I will email you my availability once your payment is received.
Payments received after my business hours are considered to be received on my next business day.
How to Pay: 1. Select the type of session you have requested - missing, sick, behavior, personal healing, transformational guidance, oracle card reading. 2. Using the drop down menu within your requested session type, select the correct amount and Pay Now, you will be directed to a pre-populated PayPal check out page - NOTE - please reference your name in the message to seller on the PayPal checkout page so that I may identify all payments.
PayPal notifies me with each payment and you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal that payment has been processed.
Animal Communication Cancellations: A MINIMUM NON REFUNDABLE handling fee of $50.00 is charged for all animal communication cancellations. As a courtesy to my schedule and to other clients requesting appointments, please call me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment day to cancel. If I do not receive a cancellation email or phone call 24 hours prior to your scheduled day, you will forfeit the full consultation fee.
Missing/Lost animals: if your animal returns to you before I have completed the session, please notify me immediately by phone (805) 512-1720.
Refunds are not guaranteed or implied. A refund may be available if your animal returns to you before I have completed the session and after your payment has cleared my bank, which normally takes 5 to 7 banking days after receipt, less the non refundable cancellation fee and less any additional time I have devoted to your session.
Personal Transformational, Transmutational Guidance & Healing Cancellations:
When I receive your session request I consider that we have entered into an agreement/contract. I reserve a specific appointment time exclusively for you. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Please call me at 805-512-1720, give your name and appointment time you are canceling and preferred day and time to reschedule and I will do my best to coordinate with you.
Note: A non refundable handling fee of $ 50.00 will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations without proper notice.
