These session times are based on 1 animal. If you want a session for more than one animal, please email the details and I'll email you the correct payment amount.
15 minute emergency session I ask: what your animal wants for its highest good, if it is in pain or discomfort and what it desires, if it is making its transition out of body, give an approximate time frame of transition and if it wants or needs vet assistance to make the transition.
If you have other specific questions different from above that you wish to ask, please select and pay for a 30 or a 45 minute session.
30 minute session I ask: what your animal wants for its highest good, if it is in pain or discomfort and what it desires, if it is making its transition out of body, give an approximate time frame of transition and if it wants or needs vet assistance to make the transition, if it has any messages for you and up to 2 questions you choose to ask.
45 minute session I ask: our animal wants for its highest good, if it is in pain or discomfort and what it desires, if it is making its transition out of body, give an approximate time frame of transition and if it wants or needs vet assistance to make the transition, if it has any messages for you and up to 4 questions you choose to ask.

NOTE: A session includes my time that I am involved with your session which includes all phone calls, reading your session request form, verifying payment is received, emailing you if clarification is necessary, scheduling the session, talking with your animal and relaying your animal's answers by email or phone.
Any additional emails or phone calls will require additional payment.
IMPORTANT: You may not request answers by phone with any session less than 30 minutes. If you are scheduling a 30 minute session for your animal and you want the answers by phone please pay for a 45 minute session.
The session time with your animal is used to allow your animal to express its needs and to ask your animal questions with the focus on what you requested to know from your request form.
If you desire to talk with me please select and pay for an additional 15 minutes and I will give you an appointment time to call me.

Before filling out this form, please take a few moments and read the page about the type of session you desire and My Fees & Disclaimer page, you may do this by selecting the appropriate buttons to the left.
I request that you honor and respect my time as I do yours. DO NOT submit a request form without sending payment immediately. Request forms received without payment are deleted immediately, NO EXCEPTIONS. I do not offer a sliding scale based on your income. There are NO REFUNDS after I have talked with your animal, NO EXCEPTIONS.
After filling out the form and pressing the "submit" button, you will automatically be directed to My Fees page to make payment through PayPal. Payment must be sent immediately after the request form.
If your request form was submitted properly, you will receive an automated email response letting you know your request form is in my inbox and will be read when I return to my office. If you do not receive an automated email from me within an hour of submitting it, please resubmit the form.
I check email a minimum of 3 times daily. Sessions are scheduled in the order that payment is received and I will send you an email when I have scheduled the session usually within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of payment. Payments received after my normal business hours are considered to be received my next business day.
