Cancellations:

As a courtesy to my schedule and to other clients requesting appointments:

1.    To cancel your appointment, please email me at suzi@connectinharmony.com or call 805-512-1720 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              805-512-1720      end_of_the_skype_highlighting and leave me a voice mail 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  A non refundable $ 50.00 minimum handling fee will be charged for all cancellations.

2.     If a cancellation email or phone call is not received 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the session fee.

Payment in full must be received with Request Form or the request form will be deleted. 

Sessions are scheduled in the order payment is received.  Payments received after my business hours are considered to be received on my next business day.  I reserve an appointment time exclusively for your session and will notify you by email with my availability.
