I am here to inspire you on your path while you discover your true desires, unrealized potentials, abilities and dreams. This journey is yours and you are free to choose when you want to schedule a session to work with me.
Deciding which topic to work on first may require you to take a few quiet moments and ask yourself what do you feel is the most important issue to work on now.
Some possible suggestions:
What do I feel is stopping me from realizing my dreams?
Do I have fulfilling, joyous relationships?
Am I passionate about my work, or life?
Am I feeling fear or anxiety?
Why do I feel angry?
My commitment to you involves creating a safe and sacred place each time in our session, allowing you to explore your inner self. I will guide you with questions and exercises that enable you to find your answers.
All your personal information and session content remain confidential.
If you would like to share your experience working with me, I welcome your testimonial, with or without your name or initials. I ask to be able to share it on my website for the benefit of others, because the majority of my clients are referrals from clients or connect with reading about others sharing their experiences.

 Choose a comfortable chair and space where you will not be distracted by outside sounds, phones, people or pets
For your comfort, please have near you: paper, pen, glass of water, tissues and your list of issues you want to work on. (If you don't have a list, it's ok, what you want to work on will come to the surface of your mind when we begin)
Before we begin, I like us to take a few deep breaths to release any tension, leaving any cares aside for now and allowing yourself to become relaxed. A relaxed level of awareness will increase your clarity.

To schedule an appointment, please select the "Consult Form" button on the left, fill in the form, include your choice of having the session by phone, yahoo or msn messenger and method of payment.
30 or 60 minute appointment times are available.
Consultations must be prepaid through PayPal, money order or check before a confirmed appointment time is scheduled. All Echecks and personal checks must clear my bank prior to scheduling a date. (please see fee page for further explanation)

With each session, you will choose what you focus on. I will listen and contribute observations, exercises and questions. Your actions will come from the answers you receive.
Prior to our initial session, I will ask if you understand the nature of our relationship, review my confidentiality policy, finalize our financial arrangements and discuss session consideration and etiquette.
My intention is to be certain that you understand that you will be doing the work and I am here as your guide. I do not make any guarantee that you will receive anything more from our sessions or from me as your guide than the effort you contribute.
Your information is sacred and safe with me and will not be shared with anyone. You may choose to stay anonymous throughout your experience.
