Each consultation is unique and can be conducted by phone, or internet instant messenger.
Before our session choose a comfortable chair in a place without distractions or interruptions. Many people find using instant messengers an easier way to stay focused, and others prefer using the phone if they use a headset or speaker.
Breathe and allow your mind the ease to focus on what is being said. I encourage you to be aware of any sensations that you feel in your body and allow any thought come into your awareness.
You may choose to view me as the conduit between you and Spirit. My part is to allow a clear flow of energy, staying in alignment, and receiving information for the highest good of all concerned. I call forth and connect only with beings from the purest vibration of Love, Spirit/God/Creator Source.

I will be silent as I receive the information and guidance. At any time during the session, I may be asked to direct energy, vibrations, sound, homeopathics etc. to places on your body or your animal's body.
You may experience several sensations during or after the session, one of the most common is a warm tingling feeling. You may feel something dissolving or pain being lessened or taken away completely, results vary from person to person. If at any time you feel uncomfortable during the session, please tell me so that the intensity of the flow can be adjusted.
After the session: It is suggested that you drink a minimum of 1 full glass of pure water after the session and to eat a light meal and get plenty of sleep.
Healing begins when you have made the conscious choice it is possible, accepting it and having faith it is taking place. I offer myself as a vehicle for the loving energy and cannot make any guarantee that you will accept the energy or be healed, because this is your life and you create that which you desire.
