Payment Instructions & Information
****Payment must be received in full before I schedule a consultation**** No exceptions.

After payment is received you are considered a scheduled appointment and my next available appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

NOTE: Allow 10 Banking days (Monday - Friday 9 - 5PM PST, holidays excepted) for PayPal echecks to clear. I will notify you by email or phone with your consultation time when funds have cleared my bank.

Initial session: MINIMUM 1 HOUR NO EXCEPTIONS
Update session after initial session: MINIMUM 30 MINUTES

If you would like to talk with me further about you or your animal please originally select the 90 minute session and add a note to me in an email or on the consult form that you are requesting to talk with me for 30 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not be talking with your animal during this 30 minutes.

To purchase consultation time, please select the appropriate amount of time below either by selecting my shopping cart or the PayPal buttons, both methods use PayPal.

If you prefer not using PayPal and have a MasterCard or Visa, I am able to manually process with the requested information.

I will ask your animal if it is transitioning out of body, what it wants you to do, if it needs vet assistance. For more in depth session please select a minimum of 30 minutes.

If you have requested your answers by phone, I will contact you to give you the time to call me. I ask that you call promptly and be mindful of the 15 minute time limit. If you are late calling, or if you fail to call me at your appointment time and if I have your email address, I will email your consultation instead.

Reschedule: If you need to reschedule our appointment, please contact me by phone as soon as possible so that I may give you my next available appointment time.

I DO NOT offer to reschedule you calling me back to receive the answers.

MISSING OR LOST ANIMAL CANCELLATIONS: if your animal returns after you have made payment, CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. If I have started the session, I will prorate the refund deducting for my time involved, and any PayPal or credit card processing fees I've incurrd.

Payment Options:

Please make checks or money orders payable to Suzi Dalling (all checks and echecks must clear my bank before I will schedule the consultation - allow up to 10 banking days).

*MasterCard & Visa payments processed manually: provide me with the following information: the card #, exact name on your card, exact credit card billing address if different from your home and phone number on file with the credit card company.

Wire transfers: my bank charges $10.00 for each transfer and the exchange rate. Please be sure to increase your payment that I receive my entire fee.

Please Note ALL additional time over the appointment is payable immediately with a credit card only and will be charged in 15 minute increments. Select the "15 Minute" button to pay.

PayPal is free to the sender, you need a valid email account and can sign up at https://www.paypal.com.

My fees are subject to change without notice.


Cancellation Policy: Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to my schedule, other clients and commitments, partial refunds may be given if you've talked with me on the phone about canceling the session and you gave me a minimum of 24 hour notification.

You will be charged a minimum of $ 50.00 for my time as well as any PayPal or credit card processing fees I was incurred to process your transaction.

NO REFUND FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS.
