Adopting an animal can be a very emotional challenge for you as well as prospective animals. St. Francis asked me to offer these to assist animals to be matched with their perfect person or family. Adopting an animal not well suited to your lifestyle can become very challenging for both you and the animal, may lead to the animal being returned, set loose, behavioral issues, or the animal leaving to find another home. Animal Adoption Insight appointments are only by EMAIL.

About This Appointment

I offer these 15-minute email appointments for $25.00.  Based on your appointment form I will give the prospective adoptee animal your lifestyle details and your expectations.  The animal will have the opportunity to express its feelings and if it feels this is a good match.  I invite you to read the following Animal Communication and Animal FAQ.

We respect the privacy of people and animal companions we work with, and honor their desire for confidentiality.

While doing our best to help, we allow others their own dignity and help them to help their animal companions. We cultivate understanding and ability in others, rather than dependence on our ability. We offer people ways to be involved in understanding and growth with their fellow beings of other species.

We acknowledge our limitations, seeking help from other professionals as needed. It is not our job to name and treat diseases, and we refer people to veterinarians for diagnosis of physical illness. We may relay animals’ ideas, feelings, pains, symptoms, as they describe them or as we feel or perceive them, and this may be helpful to veterinary health professionals. We may also assist through handling of stresses, counseling, and other gentle healing methods. We let clients decide for themselves how to work with healing their animal companions’ distress, disease, or injury, given all the information available.

The goal of any consultation, lecture, workshop, or interspecies experience is more communication, balance, compassion, understanding, and communion among all beings. We follow our heart, honoring the spirit and life of all beings as One.

I, Suzi Dalling, am not a medical professional, I do not prescribe or diagnose and am not a substitute for professional medical advice. Appointment Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation must be received by Suzi Dalling prior to your appointment day and time by BOTH PHONE (805-512-1720) AND EMAIL (suzi@connectinharmony.com) or you will forfeit your entire payment.
A minimum $25.30 cancellation fee (subject to increase without notice) will be deducted from your initial payment if the required 24-hour notice was given. If the 24-hour minimum notice was not given you forfeit the entire fee.

Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment: Payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment time ONLY if the 24-hour minimum advance notice by email and phone was given.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for completed appointments, services rendered, missed appointments, or if you did not like what you received or experienced, NO EXCEPTIONS. No refund is given for any cancellation with less than 24-hour minimum notice of your appointment time.

Note: Any cancellation and rescheduling request must be made by both phone and email. I will confirm by email that I received your cancellation or rescheduling request. If you do not receive my email confirming your cancellation or request to reschedule, call and leave a voice mail with your detailed information, day and time of appointment and I will return your call.

The personal information provided on each appointment request form is only accessed and used by me for the current appointment. I do not send newsletters, there is no signup for a newsletter and I do not maintain a mailing list.

Information Obtained

The type of information that I use is called Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for the express purposes of the appointment. PII consists of any information which can be used to specifically identify you as an individual and may include.

Identity Data includes your first and last name, username – only if appointment is via Skype.
Contact Data includes your home address, an address where your animal was located when it went missing, email address and telephone number.
Financial Data – NONE obtained – PayPal processes all payments
Usage Data includes how you located my website.
How Your Information Is Handled
Log Files: Any time you visit my website, the website host servers automatically gather information from your browser listing the form name being submitted, your name, and the date/time stamp you created the form.

NOTE: I do not share the log files with anyone.

Information About You: When you submit an appointment request form for my services the information you provide is only read by myself to schedule the appointment, confirm the appointment date, gather clarifying information and send a written response when the appointment is by email. If you share a photo of your animal I consider it private with the exception when a client submits a testimonial and provides a picture to be shared on my website. Furthermore, I do not discuss or disclose any of your information with anyone.
Emails and Telephone Calls. I require your email address and telephone number when you submit your form to be used for appointment confirmation, clarifying information submitted or to finalize the appointment.

Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

Disclosure By Law. You acknowledge and agree that I may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law, or if I, in my sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement or any legal process, protect or defend my rights or property, or protect someone’s health or safety. Age restrictions for my services require the person is an adult, no services to children are provided.

I cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to me over the Internet and accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure. I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for seven years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
