Terms Of Service
These are the Terms Of Service for all services provided by Suzi Dalling. A specific appointment time is assigned specifically to you. If you cancel the appointment without giving the minimum 24 hour notice by both phone and email, you will forfeit the entire fee, no exceptions.
Your typed name on the appointment request form is your digital signature that you have read, understand and acknowledge the following.
Suzi Dalling is not a medical professional, does not prescribe or diagnose and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Suzi shall not be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or alleged damage either physical, emotional, mental, spiritual caused or alleged to have caused, directly or indirectly by the information shared, ideas contained, suggested or referenced or energy received with my services.
Suzi’s services are offered for educational and informational purposes. You acknowledge that you have the freedom of choice (Free Will) and that you take full responsibility in your choice and how you integrate the information received.
A 24-hour cancellation notice must be received by Suzi Dalling prior to your appointment day and time by PHONE (805-512-1720) AND EMAIL (email@example.com) or forfeit entire payment.
A minimum $30.00 cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations and rescheduling requests if the required 24-hour notice was received by phone and email. The entire fee is forfeited if the 24-hour minimum notice was not received. Cancellation fee is subject to increase without notice.
Payment applied to the rescheduled appointment time ONLY if the 24-hour minimum advance notice by email and phone was given.
No refunds for completed or missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or if you did not like what you experienced. No refund offered for animal adoption appointments.
Every request to cancel or reschedule must be made by both phone and email. Suzi will confirm receipt by email.
