Terms Of Service for all appointments and services provided by Suzi Dalling. When I schedule an appointment that specific time frame is assigned specifically to you.  I do not maintain a waiting list to fill the assigned appointment time.  If you cancel the appointment without giving a minimum 24 hour notice, you will forfeit the entire fee, no exceptions.  Each appointment form includes my policies and requires checking the boxes that you have read and understand each of my policies.


Your typed name on the appointment request form is your digital signature and that you have read and understand the following:

I, Suzi Dalling, am not a medical professional, I do not prescribe or diagnose and am not a substitute for professional medical advice.  I shall not be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or alleged damage either physical, emotional, mental, spiritual caused or alleged to have caused, directly or indirectly by the information shared, ideas contained, suggested or referenced or energy received with my services. 

My services are offered for educational and informational purposes.  You acknowledge that you have the freedom of choice (Free Will) and you take full responsibility in your choice how you integrate the information received. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation must be received by Suzi Dalling prior to your appointment day and time by BOTH PHONE (805-512-1720) AND EMAIL (suzi@connectinharmony.com) or you will forfeit your entire payment.  

A minimum $30.00 cancellation fee (subject to increase without notice) will be deducted from your initial payment only IF the required 24-hour notice was given.  If the 24-hour minimum notice was not given you forfeit the entire fee.  


Rescheduling an appointment: Payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment time ONLY if the 24-hour minimum advance notice by email and phone was given.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for completed appointments, services rendered, missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24-hour minimum notice or if you did not like what you received or experienced, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Note:  Any cancellation and rescheduling request must be made by both phone and email.  I will confirm by email that I received your cancellation or rescheduling request.  If you do not receive my email confirming your cancellation or request to reschedule, call and leave a voice mail with your detailed information, day and time of appointment and I will return your call.
